Out of nine men being accused of making death threats, torturing and causing “moderate damage to health” to at least 19 different persons, six have been convicted. They were part of Occupy Paedophilia, a homophobic group.

With the intention of what their leader, Maxim Martsinkevich, describes as “rooting out pedophilia” in the country, the Advocate reports; they searched for gay teens through personal ads, convincing them to meet with them with the pretext of ‘going on a date.’ Instead, they would take them to a secret reunion point before torturing them, while they recorded the whole process.

They were forced to come out as gay on camera, the video being intended to be shared with their family and friends later. In the confiscated videos, the police saw how the gay teens were, among other things, beaten and forced to use sex toys on themselves.
