One way to get your kids to eat more vegetables is to prepare vegetable stir fry noodles for your children. Some vegetables that you may want to add to your stir fry vegetables include carrots, broccoli, bok choy, mushrooms and beans. Although, you may want to select your children’s favorite vegetables instead. As you can use any vegetables in stir fry dishes.

Some additional ingredients to purchase for your stir fry vegetables include coriander, garlic, onions and stir fry sauce. You may even want to cut up strips of an omelette to add to your family stir fry. If your kids enjoy the first stir fry which you prepare for them, you may want to try swapping noodles for rice, to surprise your kids.

Stuffed peppers:

Cut mini bell peppers in half, which you can fill with healthy ingredients such as brown rice, chicken and mixed vegetables. If your kids aren’t afraid of strong flavors you may want to top off your stuffed peppers with chipotle seasoning. Especially if your kids are fans of spicy Mexican dishes. One way to encourage your kids to eat their stuffed peppers is to sprinkle a bit of cheese onto each stuffed pepper, before grilling them for a few minutes.

Lasagne:

If your kids love pasta they’re likely to enjoy eating lasagna.
